What we collect

Cookies described in the Cookie Policy. A support ticket reference stored in local storage if you open the support desk. Anonymous request logs at the nginx layer.

What we do not collect

We do not collect names, emails, phone numbers or payment details. The partner at the destination collects those under its own policy.

Retention

Cookie consent: until you change it. Support ticket reference: until you click reset. Nginx logs: 14 days, then rotated.

Your rights

You can clear cookies and support tickets at any time from your browser. You can also write to the support desk at /contact/.

Data sharing

Ind Slots does not sell personal data. The only third parties that receive any data are the partner at the install destination (under its own policy) and the cloud provider hosting the companion.

Cross-border transfers

The companion is hosted on a content delivery network that may serve pages from any data centre in the network. The data transferred is limited to HTTP request headers and the page payload; no personal data is added.

Children

The companion is not directed at children under 18. Real-money apps require users to be 18 or older in permitted jurisdictions. The companion does not knowingly process personal data from users under 18.

Where the data goes

Cookies

Cookies are stored in your browser under cookie_choice_v1. The choice is required to surface the consent panel; the choice is not sent to the partner.

Support ticket

If you open the support desk, the ticket reference is stored in your browser under support_ticket_{hostname} and support_key_{hostname}. The ticket reference is sent to the partner's support inbox.

Nginx logs

Anonymous request logs are kept at the nginx layer for 14 days, then rotated. The logs do not contain personal data beyond IP address and request headers.

Partner handoff

The install button routes to the partner at /Login/playnow. From that point on, the partner's own privacy policy applies.

Sent to the analytics endpoint only after consent. The endpoint is the same origin; no third-party analytics.

Sent to the marketing endpoint only after consent. The endpoint is the same origin; no third-party marketing.

Support ticket

Posted to /contact/api/send. The ticket reference and access key are stored in localStorage under support_ticket_{hostname} and support_key_{hostname}.

Nginx log

Kept at the nginx layer for 14 days, then rotated. The log contains IP address and request headers.

User rights

What the user can do with the data

Clear cookies

Open your browser storage settings. Delete the cookie_choice_v1 entry. The consent panel re-opens on the next page load.

Clear support ticket

Open the support desk and click the reset button. The previous conversation is cleared from local storage.

Withdraw consent

Open the consent panel via the Cookie Settings button in the footer. Withdrawal is as easy as acceptance.

Ask a question

Open the support desk at /contact/. The desk reads the question in the same private thread.

Provider CSV

The provider CSV lives at .control-room/factory-v10-sponsor-data/data/casino_providers.csv. The CSV holds the provider card counts and the captured counts.

Public content JSON

The public content JSON lives at .control-room/factory-v10-sponsor-data/data/public_content.json. The JSON holds navigation, game types, rewards, affiliate, VIP, promotions, daily race and source metadata.

VIP table

The VIP table CSV lives at .control-room/factory-v10-sponsor-data/data/vip_levels.csv. The CSV holds 15 rows from VIP1 to VIP15.

Daily Race leaderboard

The Daily Race leaderboard CSV lives at .control-room/factory-v10-sponsor-data/data/daily_race_leaderboard.csv. The CSV holds the top 50 in the Today and Yesterday tabs.

YONO pool

The YONO pool index lives at assets/img/yono-pool/index.json. The index holds 23 companion profiles with source-referenced artwork files.

Game image pool

The game image pool planner lives at .control-room/factory-v10-sponsor-data/game_image_pool/planner-index.json. The planner holds 973 records keyed by game_id.

Factory selection

The factory selection lives at .control-room/factory-selection.json. The JSON holds the selected module system and the variant matrix.

Capture process

What the desk did on 17 Aug 2026

Capture

The desk captured the public lobby once per refresh cycle. The capture used the public lobby pagination and the public card counts.

Reconcile

The desk reconciled the snapshot with the previously published counts. Any drift in provider counts was logged and surfaced on the homepage fact strip.

Publish

The refreshed getindslots games was published under the same route structure. New IDs got new detail routes. Removed IDs lost their detail routes.

Notify

The /news/ hub carried a snapshot-update post each time getindslots games refreshed. The post listed what changed at the provider level and what to verify before installing.

An Atom feed lives at /feed.xml. Add it to your feed reader to receive an entry each time the desk publishes a post.
